Refund Policy

At ContentRocky.com, our primary goal is to deliver high-quality digital content to our valued customers. As our products are digital and instantly accessible, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we do provide refunds under one specific circumstance:

a) If a customer unintentionally purchases a duplicate copy or multiple copies of the same product.

Please note that discount codes must be applied before checkout. We cannot apply or refund the value of a discount code after the purchase has been completed.

Delivery Time: We strive to deliver our services within the specified deadline. However, in the event of high workloads, the delivery time may exceed the initially stated deadline. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
