What Is Melanin?

But heating reduces the vitamin, and it should consume in raw or semi-cooked form. Almonds, spinach, sunflower oil, avocado, sweet potatoes, wheat germ oil, are vitamin-E sources that do not directly activate by reducing melanin but do not allow hyperpigmentation. Thus, all dark green vegetables are a rich source of vitamin K, which reduces dark spots in the long run. Changing skin tone may not happen as suddenly as expected and will take time depending on your skin color and the type of food you eat.
